Finance and Human Resource Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES

Finance

· Handle full set of accounting and month/year end closing Responsible for timely and accurate completion of financial reporting

· Handle payment and billing arrangements including staff reimbursement

· Prepare annual budgeting, forecast and costing analysis

· Conduct profit margin analysis in assisting management and sales team operation

· Liaise with external auditors to ensure completion of annual financial audit

· Prepare and file corporate and salaries tax filing

· Formulate, implement and review accounting policies and internal operation

· Assist ad hoc tasks as necessary by the management

Human Resources

· Perform all-round HR functions including recruitment, interview, compensation and staff benefit and insurance administration on HR software/ platform, training and employee relationship

· Formulate, implement and review HR and Administration policies and procedures

· Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource requirements

· Enroll employee to person scheme and make contribution to the scheme

· Draft, prepare and maintain employment contracts

· Assist ad hoc tasks as necessary by the management

REQUIREMENTS

· Degree in Finance or Accounting with professional accounting qualification or equivalent

· Minimum 5 years relevant work experience

· Good knowledge on HK Employment Ordinance  

· Proficient in MS Office including Word and Excel

· Good command of written/spoken English and Chinese

· Good interpersonal, communication and people management skills are essential

· Be a collaborative & mature team player, responsible, well organised, and high integrity

· Quick response and fast pace, able to work independently, multi-tasking with a “can-do” working attitude
